Return of Stable Funding Position of an Authorized Institution (MA(BS)26) Further to my letter of 11 January 2018, I am writing to inform you that our system can now accommodate submission of the captioned Return by category 1 and category 2A institutions via the STET system. The electronic form and the accompanying Completion Instructions of the Return are available for downloading from the HKMA’s supervisory communication website (http://www.stet.iclnet.hk).
