Dear Sir/Madam,
Return on Liquidity Monitoring Tools (Form MA(BS)23) Further to our circular of 25 September 2015, I write to inform you that the electronic file for Parts 1 to 3 of the Return on Liquidity Monitoring Tools are now available for downloading from the HKMA’s supervisory communication website (http://www.stet.iclnet.hk) for the purpose of reporting starting from the position of 31 December 2015. As mentioned in the circular, an Excel-based test-reporting of Parts 4 and 5 of the Return on the position of 31 December 2015 will be due for submission by 31 March 2016. After the test-reporting, we will notify you when the electronic file for these two parts will be available for formal reporting, which will start from the position of 30 June 2016.
