Return on Liquidity Monitoring Tools (Form MA(BS)23)
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority informs authorized institutions that electronic files for Parts 1 to 3 of Form MA(BS)23 are now available for reporting starting from the position of 31 December 2015. Institutions must submit Excel-based test reports for Parts 4 and 5 by 31 March 2016, with formal electronic reporting for these parts commencing from the position of 30 June 2016. Technical enquiries regarding the download or submission of the return should be directed to the STET helpdesk.
