Review of Regulatory Compliance and Periodic Reporting

Bankers to an Issue (BTIs) registered with SEBI must submit revised Excel reports to SEBI at bti@sebi.gov.in on a half-yearly basis within three months of each half-year end, effective from the half-year ending March 2012. This obligation supersedes prior circulars dated April 21, 1995, July 09, 1999, and May 06, 2008. The BTI Board of directors must review these reports and record observations on deficiencies, non-compliances, and corrective measures. Additionally, BTIs must report changes in their status or constitution.
