Revised Supervisory Policy Manual Module CA-D-1 Guideline on the Application of the Banking (Disclosure) Rules
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority issued a revised Supervisory Policy Manual module CA-D-1 to provide guidelines on the application of the Banking (Disclosure) Rules. This document establishes requirements for Pillar 3 disclosures applicable to all Authorized Institutions. It serves as the current regulatory standard for banking disclosure practices as of December 5, 2024.
