RG 11 Disclosure of offerors intentions in takeover documents (withdrawn)
The regulator has formally withdrawn Regulatory Guide 11 regarding the disclosure of offerors' intentions in takeover documents. This withdrawal is recorded under reference 13-148MR, indicating the document is no longer in effect. Consequently, the specific guidance previously provided in this guide is no longer applicable to market participants.
