RG 214 Guidance on ASIC market integrity rules for ASX and ASX 24 markets (withdrawn)
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission issued Regulatory Guide 214 to provide guidance on market integrity rules for the ASX and ASX 24 markets. This document was superseded on 4 May 2018 by the issuance of Regulatory Guides 265 and 266. Consequently, RG 214 is now withdrawn and no longer serves as the active guidance for these market integrity requirements.
