RG 239 Retail OTC derivative issuers: Financial requirements (withdrawn)
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission withdrew Regulatory Guide 239 on 1 November 2012. This guide previously addressed the financial requirements for issuers of retail over-the-counter derivatives. Regulated entities must now refer to RG 166, which covers licensing financial requirements.
