RG 27 Takeovers: Minimum acceptance conditions (withdrawn)
The regulator has withdrawn Regulatory Guide 27 concerning minimum acceptance conditions for takeovers. The withdrawal is recorded under reference 13-148MR. Users are directed to cross-references to June 2013 takeover regulatory guidance for information regarding the consolidation of previous guidance.
