SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN NOTIFICATION Islamabad, the 19 th July, 2005 S.R.O 721 (1)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 234 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984), read with clause (c) of section 43 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 (XLII of 1997), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, in continuation of its earlier notification No.S.R.O.915(I)/2004 dated 12 th November, 2004, is pleased to grant further exemption from application of clause 6 of Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the said Ordinance till 31 st December, 2005, to listed companies and their subsidiaries.
