  1. These Rules may be cited as the Securities (Public Offers)
    (Amendment) Rules 2021.
  2. In these Rules, “principal rules” means the Securities (Public
    Offers) Rules 2007.
  3. The principal rules are amended in PART VI of the SCHEDULE
    by deleting the following –
    (i) paragraph (d) of item 43; and (ii) item 46.
  4. These Rules shall be deemed to have come into operation on
    3 April 2021.
