SGDB No. 051/2012: Procedure for Channeling Operations via the SUCRE System
The Central Bank of Bolivia establishes procedures for financial entities supervised by ASFI to operate as Authorized Operating Banks (AOBs) within the SUCRE payment system. AOBs must submit SWIFT message copies for credit instruments within three business days, certify export receipts within three days or face automatic reversal, and authorize import payments via debit to their national currency accounts. This circular repeals External Circular SGDB No. 025/2010 and becomes effective immediately.
