Solicitation of Application for Membership on the Bank Secrecy Act Advisory Group
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network invites nominations for membership on the Bank Secrecy Act Advisory Group from eligible financial institutions, trade groups, and regulators. Nominations must be submitted by January 6, 2025, to BSAAG@fincen.gov and should highlight the organization's ability to provide insights on BSA compliance and the Corporate Transparency Act. Selected representatives will serve three-year terms and are expected to actively participate in biannual meetings and subcommittee work without compensation.
