Spring 2014 Securities Bulletin

The Connecticut Department of Banking issued administrative actions against Meyers Associates, L.P. and Bruce Meyers for supervisory failures, selling unregistered securities, and failing to produce records, while entering similar orders against Ulysses Partners, LLC and James E. Neilsen for marketing unregistered hedge fund notes and violating antifraud provisions. Consent orders were entered with Euro Group of Companies, Inc. to cease and desist from selling unregistered securities and employing unregistered agents, and with Salt Wall Trading, Inc. and Drew R. Fraser, who received a seven-year bar and provided $23,250 in restitution.
