NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 292 (I)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Securities and Exchange Commission Act, 1997 (XLII of 1997), Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, in partial modification of its earlier notifications No. S.R.O. 1545(I)/2019 dated December 6, 2019 and subject to such conditions and limitations as it may from time to time impose, hereby delegates the following powers and functions of the Commission under the Companies (General Provisions and Forms) Regulations, 2018, to Head of Department (Adjudication Departments - I) namely:-
