Superintendency Resolution No. 003-2026-SMV/10
FLIP Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. is sanctioned with a fine of 4 UIT (S/ 17,600.00) for three serious infractions: failing to constitute the required guarantee for the Fondo Agresivo before its operational start, and failing to comply with investment diversification limits for both the Fondo Agresivo and the Fondo PMG. The sanction addresses the failure to post collateral in favor of the SMV and breaches of mutual fund investment limits as defined in the Sanctions Regulation.
