The file No. 2025010326 initiated by Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., as well as Report No. 713-2025-SMV/10.2 of June 2, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented on May 23 and 29, 2025, Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and
annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities
denominated "Independent Aggressive Dollar Fund of Funds FMIV FMIV", referring to the denomination, objective and investment policy, expenses, minimum holding period of the fund, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., has complied with what is established in: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) what is stated by the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 713-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided by article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Independent Aggressive Dollar Fund of Funds FMIV FMIV" whose denomination will be modified to "Flip Cobra Achorada Fund of Funds FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in
article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on June 16, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this
resolution on the Portal of the Securities Market of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Flip
