Supervisory Condition Letter 2026-01 — Anchorage Digital Bank National Association, Sioux Falls, South Dakota – Termination of Operating Agreement
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has authorized the termination of the January 22, 2021 Operating Agreement entered into by Anchorage Digital Bank National Association. This decision follows the OCC's determination that the Bank has achieved compliance with each of the Operating Agreement’s ten actionable articles and that its corrective actions are effective and sustainable.
