Supervisory Policy Manual (SPM): Revised module CA-D-1 Guideline on the Application of the Banking (Disclosure) Rules
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority issued the revised module CA-D-1 of the Supervisory Policy Manual to provide guidelines on applying the Banking (Disclosure) Rules. This document establishes Pillar 3 disclosure requirements applicable to all Authorized Institutions. It serves as the current regulatory framework for banking disclosure standards as of August 16, 2019.
