Supervisory Policy Manual (SPM): Revised module CG-7 on Benchmark Submission
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority issued a revised version of SPM module CG-7 on Benchmark Submission as a statutory guideline under the Banking Ordinance. These revisions incorporate updated Codes of Conduct for HIBOR and CNH HIBOR and refine supervisory requirements based on thematic reviews of Authorized Institutions.
