ORDER

Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission in exercise of the power conferred by section 20A of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 (Ordinance No. XVII of 1969), in the interest of investors and securities market, hereby suspends the effectiveness of rule 3(5) of the Margin Rules, 1999 till September 30, 2013.

This shall have immediate effect.
