Suspicious Activity Report by Casinos and Card Clubs FinCEN Form 102

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network solicits public comment on a revised draft of FinCEN Form 102, the Suspicious Activity Report by Casinos and Card Clubs. The proposed revisions clarify and shorten the form by adding boxes to indicate if a report is updated or jointly filed, deleting the Law Enforcement or Regulatory Contact Information section, and removing the requirement for the filer's name and title in the Contact for Assistance section. Casinos and card clubs are requested to submit comments on the burden and utility of these changes by March 28, 2006, and are instructed not to use the draft form for actual reporting.
