Transactions Involving Grenada (Advisory Withdrawal - Issue 31W)
FinCEN Advisory Issue 31 regarding transactions involving Grenada is withdrawn. Enhanced scrutiny for such transactions is no longer necessary because Grenada has enacted significant counter-money laundering reforms and was removed from the Financial Action Task Force's list of non-cooperative jurisdictions. This withdrawal does not relieve financial institutions of their ongoing obligations to report suspicious activity or comply with other applicable laws.
