Treasury Sanctions Networks Fueling Sudan’s Civil War and Worsening Humanitarian Crisis
The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added six individuals and three entities to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List under Executive Order 14098. The sanctioned parties include Alok Choudhari, Jack Peter Derman Guzman, Fredy Alejandro Lopez Ocampo, Tariq Hussain Muhammad Madani, Enrique Daniel Palacios Quintanilla, Ports Engineering Company Ltd, SBL Energy Limited, and Target Multiactivities Company Ltd. These designations freeze assets and prohibit U.S. persons from engaging in transactions with the listed individuals and entities.
