Venezuela-related Designations Removals; Issuance of Amended Russia-related General License

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued Russia-related General License 129A authorizing transactions involving Rosneft Deutschland GmbH and RN Refining & Marketing GmbH. OFAC removed Arctic Voyager Incorporated and the vessel Kiara M from the Specially Designated Nationals List under Venezuela sanctions. Additionally, OFAC updated the SDN List by correcting the title of Kim Yong Bok and the Cyrillic name of Sibregiongaz, AO.
