Zimbabwe Sanctions Regulations
The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) removes 31 CFR Part 541, the Zimbabwe Sanctions Regulations, from the Code of Federal Regulations. This action follows the termination of the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13288 by Executive Order 14118 on March 4, 2024. The rule becomes effective on April 17, 2024, and preserves any rights, duties, or penalties that matured or were incurred prior to the termination date.
