The Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission adopted amendments to Form PF to correct errors and incorrect cross-references in the confidential reporting form for private fund advisers. These changes fix omissions in General Instruction 6, remove obsolete column headings in Question 47, and update definitions for collateral entries to align with the consolidated counterparty exposure table. The amendments also incorporate previously adopted modifications regarding money market fund liquidity reporting that were erroneously excluded from the prior Federal Register publication.
