Regulation on the Application of Guidelines on Recovery Plan Indicators
Banka Slovenije issued this regulation to formally apply the European Banking Authority's Guidelines on recovery plan indicators to its supervisory framework. The document mandates that supervised banks incorporate these guidelines into their recovery plans and requires the central bank to consider them when exercising its supervisory powers. This regulation repeals the previous 2015 regulation on recovery plan indicators and entered into force on 29 January 2022 with application starting on 14 February 2022.
