NOTICE TO ALL SECURITIES MARKET INTERMEDIARIES ON SUBMISSION OF AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND QUARTERLY RETURNS Following the declaration by His Excellency, President E.D. Mnangagwa that COVID - 19 is a national disaster and the subsequent effecting of a 21 day lockdown period effective 30 March 2020, the Securities and Exchange Commission hereby extends the deadline for submission of audited financial statements and quarterly returns to the following :
