ACPR Compliance with EBA Guidelines on STS Criteria for On-Balance Sheet Securitizations (EBA/GL/2024/05)
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) declares compliance with the European Banking Authority's Guidelines EBA/GL/2024/05 regarding STS criteria for on-balance sheet securitizations. These guidelines apply to securitizations created or issued after December 9, 2024, and target financial institutions subject to Regulation (EU) No 2017/2402. Affected entities are required to take all necessary measures to adhere to these orientations in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
