Administrative Consent Order Regarding Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P.
The Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities issued an Administrative Consent Order against Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P. for charging unreasonable commissions on small principal equity transactions and failing to reasonably supervise them.
