Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted amendments to Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual and related rules to align with EDGAR Release 23.2. These changes introduce new exhibit types for Form SD to support resource extraction payment reporting and update supported taxonomies while removing obsolete 2021 versions. The updated manual and rule amendments became effective on July 18, 2023, to coordinate with the system upgrade deployment.
