Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted amendments to Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual and related rules to implement system updates in EDGAR Release 23.1. These changes mandate Inline XBRL tagging for insider trading and executive compensation disclosures, extend Form 144 filing hours, and update accepted taxonomies. The updated manual and rule amendments became effective on April 20, 2023, to coordinate with the system deployment.
