Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted revisions to the EDGAR Filer Manual and related rules to reflect system upgrades supporting 2016 XBRL taxonomies. The updates introduce new electronic submission form types for Security-based Swap Dealers and Major Security-based Swap Participants under Section 15F of the Exchange Act, as well as confidential risk assessment reports for broker-dealers. Additionally, the Commission amended Regulation Crowdfunding forms to permit a value of zero in the Current Number of Employees field, with the changes becoming effective on May 19, 2016.
