Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted amendments to Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual and Rule 301 of Regulation S-T to reflect system updates in EDGAR Release 24.1. These changes implement the Inline XBRL mandate for Form 11-K filings, enable Inline XBRL filing for Form 17AD-27 to support shortened securities settlement cycles, and extend EDGAR filing hours for Schedules 13D and 13G. The Commission also removed references to vacated share repurchase disclosure rules and updated taxonomies to ensure filers can timely submit electronic documents in compliance with current technical requirements.
