Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted amendments to Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual and Rule 301 of Regulation S-T to align with system upgrades released in June 2022. These changes implement the Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act by introducing a new submission form type for government control documentation and modernize filing fee payment methods by allowing credit and debit card transactions.
