Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted revisions to the EDGAR Filer Manual and amended Rule 301 of Regulation S-T to incorporate the updated technical formatting requirements for electronic filings. These changes implement Inline XBRL submission capabilities for a wide range of form types, remove voluntary XBRL attachments, and clarify processing rules for forms such as ATS-N and N-PORT. The updated manual and related amendments became effective on April 1, 2019, to coordinate with the scheduled EDGAR system upgrade.
