Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual

The Securities and Exchange Commission adopts revisions to the EDGAR Filer Manual to reflect updates to the EDGAR system made in EDGAR Release 7.5.b. The Commission eliminates Volume I of the manual, which governed the retired Legacy EDGAR system, and renumbers the remaining two volumes. Filers must comply with the updated technical formatting requirements for electronic submissions to ensure timely acceptance and processing. The updated manual and amended Rule 301 of Regulation S–T become effective on August 16, 2001.
