Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted amendments to Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual and Rule 301 of Regulation S-T to align with EDGAR Release 24.3. These changes permit co-registrants in certain draft registration statements, allow Security-Based Swap Execution Facilities to file reports using Inline XBRL, and add an XBRL taxonomy for cybersecurity disclosures. The updated manual and rule amendments became effective on October 22, 2024, to coordinate with related system upgrades.
