Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual; Correction
The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a final rule to correct a mistake in the supplementary information of its November 5, 2018, document adopting revisions to the EDGAR Filer Manual. The correction specifically amends the text on page 55264 to change the phrase '(Version 32)' to '(Version 31)'. This correction became effective on November 16, 2018.
