R E S O L V E S:
Article 1. BCB Resolution No. 443 of December 12, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on December 16, 2024, shall enter into force with the following amendments:
“Article 16-A. Participating institutions in the boleto payment arrangement are obliged, from the date of publication of Provisional Measure No. 1,394 of September 25, 2026, to prevent the processing, settlement, and facilitation of transactions intended for fixed-odds betting lotteries.” (NR)
