The Connecticut Department of Banking revoked Century Union Services, LLC’s money transmission license and imposed a $200,000 civil penalty, while ordering Robes Barboza to cease and desist and imposing a $100,000 penalty. The Department entered into a Consent Order with Primary Capital Mortgage, LLC, requiring a $500 civil penalty for failing to update its name and surety bond with the NMLS. Additionally, the Commissioner reminded exempt reporting advisors to complete specific Form ADV items by June 30, 2017, to maintain compliance with state filing obligations.
