The Connecticut Department of Banking approves the establishment of full-service branches by Guilford Savings Bank and Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust, while noting a notice of special need for the closing of a First County Bank limited branch. Gusto, Inc. entered a Consent Order to pay a $10,000 civil penalty and $3,750 in back licensing fees for unlicensed money transmission. The Commissioner issued an Order establishing requirements for remote office locations for various consumer credit licensees and revoked the broker-dealer registration of CV Brokerage, Inc. due to default and failure to maintain required registrations.
