The Division of Market Oversight extends conditional no-action relief to Yieldbroker Pty Limited regarding Section 5h(a)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission Regulation 37.3(a)(1) until February 15, 2015. This extension permits Yieldbroker to offer trading in New Zealand Dollar-denominated interest rate swaps on its platform during the relief period. The relief remains contingent upon Yieldbroker satisfying the six conditions established in the December 2013 Letter, including restrictions on product offerings and requirements for impartial access and order book maintenance.
