The Division of Market Oversight extends conditional no-action relief for Yieldbroker Pty Limited regarding Section 5h(a)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission Regulation 37.3(a)(1) until May 15, 2015. This extension allows Yieldbroker to continue operating without registering as a Swap Execution Facility, contingent upon satisfying six conditions including restrictions on trading products and maintaining specific regulatory licenses. The relief covers trading in Australian dollar-denominated and New Zealand dollar-denominated interest rate swaps, provided Yieldbroker does not offer trading in products subject to the trade execution mandate.

On December 20, 2013, the Division of Market Oversight (“DMO” or “Division”) of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC” or “Commission”) issued CFTC No-Action Letter No. 13-76 (“December 2013 Letter”) 1 granting time-limited conditional relief to Yieldbroker Pty Limited (“Yieldbroker”).
