Changes to Contrary Exercise Advice Cut-Off Time for National Day of Mourning
FINRA announces that the Contrary Exercise Advice cut-off time for options expiring on January 9, 2025, is extended to 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time due to the National Day of Mourning. Members are prohibited from accepting exercise instructions for any accounts after this deadline. Additionally, exercises in non-expiring American-style, cash-settled index or FLEX ETF option classes are prohibited on that date, while normal cut-off times apply to all other options.
