The Superintendence of the Securities Market of the Dominican Republic updates the maximum issuance limit for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) issuing fixed income securities with voluntary risk ratings to DOP 67,007,700.00 (USD 1,158,771.00) and the maximum investment limit for small investors to DOP 5,584,000.00 (USD 96,565.00). These adjustments are based on the accumulated inflation of 3.57% from December 2022 to December 2023 and the exchange rate of DOP 57.8265/USD published by the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic on December 31, 2023. The provisions enter into force on the next business day following publication.
