The Superintendent of the Securities Market increases the maximum issuance limit for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) offering fixed income securities with voluntary risk ratings to DOP 69,252,457.95 and USD 1,137,292.30, and raises the maximum investment limit for small investors to DOP 5,771,064.00 and USD 94,774.78. These adjustments are based on the accumulated inflation of 3.35% from December 2023 to December 2024 and the exchange rate of DOP 60.8924 per USD published by the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic as of December 31, 2024. The new limits enter into force on the next business day following the publication of this Circular.
