The Superintendent of the Securities Market of the Dominican Republic adjusts the maximum issuance limit for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) offering fixed income securities with voluntary risk ratings to DOP 72,680,454.62 and USD 1,155,532.54. The maximum investment limit for small investors in public offerings is increased to DOP 6,056,731.67 and USD 96,294.81. These adjustments are based on an accumulated inflation rate of 4.95% for the period from December 2024 to December 2025 and an exchange rate of DOP 62.8978 per USD as of December 31, 2025. The provisions enter into force on the next business day following publication.
