Circular 67/2014/TT-BTC on Fees and Charges in the Securities Sector Applied at the State Securities Commission
The Ministry of Finance issued Circular 67/2014/TT-BTC to regulate the collection, payment, management, and use of fees and charges for licensing and regulatory activities within the securities sector. This regulation applies to the State Securities Commission (SSC) and replaces the previous Circular 134/2009/TT-BTC.
