Circular Letter on TTSEC Fee Revision
The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC) proposes amendments to Schedule 1 of the Securities (General) Bye-Laws 2015 and the Securities (Collective Investment Schemes) Bye-Laws 2023, which are fee schedules. These adjustments are intended to enable the Commission to discharge its functions under Section 6 of the Securities Act 2012. The draft Fee Schedules and an accompanying discussion paper are now available for public comment on the TTSEC's website.
